  • Registration charges are also non-transferable to another individual, event, or service.

  • Donations made to SHO Foundation are voluntary and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded or adjusted for any reason.

3. Events or Programs

  • If you are unable to attend an event or program for which you registered, the fee will not be refunded or transferred to a future event.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases of technical errors during payment processing, please contact us at support@shofoundation.com.
  • Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of SHO Foundation will be final.
